EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please notify us by email the reason for returning goods. Goods must be returned within 28 days of invoice date for a refund or an exchange. All goods must be returned in unworn, as new/original condition, and with a copy of the invoice. All goods should be returned by registered or recorded delivery.
Please note it is your responsibility to pay for all return postage. Surfacenoise does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit.
